Shipping and Undelivered Items

Shipping: Malabar Skin is not responsible for delayed or failed product delivery when such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as strikes, natural calamities, or public health crises like a pandemic). In such cases, we shall strive to complete delivery as soon as the obstacle is removed.

Undelivered Parcels: The brand does not accept liability for packages that are lost or left unclaimed. Tracking details are provided to you via electronic mail, and you are responsible for monitoring your shipment's progress. If a parcel is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect delivery address during the order process, the customer will be required to pay an additional shipping charge to have the product re-sent to the correct location.
